You will need to consider the critical success factors for the company’s sales function and select KPIs that align with the company’s sales goals.
Assessment Criteria:
In this assignment, you will work on a case study that requires the implementation and monitoring of KPIs. The case study is based on a fictitious company that has implemented KPIs to improve its customer service performance. Your task is to implement and monitor the KPIs to track the company’s customer service performance and identify areas for improvement. You will need to develop a KPI reporting and monitoring system and identify the data sources and metrics for the KPIs.
